My name is André Nitz. I’m a business engineer (M.Sc.) with a strong focus on agile project management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Over the past years, I’ve worked with companies across industries—both in consulting and operational roles—to bring clarity into complex projects, structure into workflows, and direction into teams.

Where I have worked
I’ve worked as a Scrum Master on a multi-year transformation project within a large corporate environment, where I led agile practices across teams and developed reporting dashboards to support decision-making and transparency. In addition, I’ve been instrumental in building the operational foundation of a U.S.-based startup in the energy investment space—designing and implementing core processes, establishing project management structures, and driving internal alignment across functions. My experience spans agile leadership, operational setup, and strategic execution in both corporate and fast-paced startup environments.
